SBBGC Sports Registration

governed by your board of directors

Registration

Prior to participating in any sport, the participant must be completely registered and cleared by the Registrar and Treasurer. To be considered cleared and/or in good standing, the following actions are required:

Registrar's Office:

  1. Register online or using the paper registration form that must be submitted to the registrar or mailed to the SBBGC - P.O. Box with the appropriate sport fees listed on the registration form.
  2. New registrants must submit a copy of the child's birth certificate, a wallet size photo and complete a white card (Membership Application) and yellow card (Identification Card) which can be obtained from the registrar.  Note:  SBBGC & PGCBGC fees are mandatory and paid once a year (per calendar year) and are non-refundable.  These fees are used to cover insurance and expenses of the officials.  If your child has not played a sport this calendar year, you will be responsible for paying these fees in addition to the sport fee.

Treasurer's Office:

  1. Payment for registration and sport fees must be received, deposited and cleared.  Please allow 5-7 business days for checks to clear.  Payments in transit will not be considered cleared.
  2. There must be no outstanding financial matters from prior sports; including unreturned uniforms. Uniform/equipment distribution is contingent upon the participants standing.   The above criteria must be met before a uniform will be issued.   If you register 7 or fewer days prior to the start of the season, on the first day of practice or during the season, it is strongly advised that you pay by cash or money order.    A uniform/equipment will not be issued until all checks have cleared the bank.  No Exceptions!

If you have any questions for any of our sports, please contact our registrar at registrar@sbbgc.org, or contact the associated sports commissioner.
